I bought this product and after 6 weeks it stopped working. Will never buy this product again and will not recommend it to anyone. I have had hair dryers for many years and I have never had a hair dryer stop working so quickly.

What a waste of money. I've owned it for two years now and really see no difference to previous dryers I've used in the $30 price range. I also have curly hair and the diffuser was a complete mess. The plastic parts broke within the first two months.

Really disappointed with this hair dryer despite being very expensive and cheaply made. I've bought it TWICE in the last few months. I have been using this dryer for 8 years now. I bought the first one in 2012 and the second one in 2016. They used to be really good, fast and hot. I bought this on the recommendation of my hairstylist and while I love how lightweight it is and how quickly it dries my hair, the handle gets very hot and the manufacturer (FHI Heat) has the WORST customer service department ever I ever had contacted. I immediately called and asked them to comply with the MFF. After using my newest FHI Heat Plater Nano Salon Pro for 6 years, I dropped it on a tile floor and broke it. I immediately bought another one, which I also threw away. Luckily this still works. The second is as good as the first, maybe even better as it didn't break when I dropped it. Needless to say this item met all my needs, it's light weight, has a long cord and gets the job done. If I break this one, I get the same thing back.

This is the only quality ionic dryer I've been able to find with a comb attachment. I have thick 4c hair and usually find it difficult to hold the comb when blow drying my hair. The comb attachment never came off, it dried the hair easily. I have an FHI hair straightener that I am very happy with (I've had it for 10 years and it works great!). I highly recommend this product.
