Really disappointed with this hair dryer despite being very expensive and cheaply made. I've bought it TWICE in the last few months. I had an older model that lasted for 2 years of use (about 3 times a week). I bought a new one and with ONE slip off the counter it smashed the plastic fan inside and started smoking. Dead. Okay, my bad one must have hit the ground right? No I recently bought a second one and it has slid off the counter onto my carpet again and the BAM fan broken plastic, loud grunt, broken fan and plastic parts inside are burning and smoking. I must have accidentally dropped my older one many times and this has never happened before. Very disappointed.
