Well Done; perfect size; I hope it lasts as long as my first one.
This is my second DeLongi; I had my first one for over 10 years and then replaced it with a Breville which only lasted four years. These ovens were/are used daily. It just seems to be getting a little warm; Subtract at least 10 minutes from the recommended cooking time and check! Yes I know I can get an oven thermometer; just not yet. A bit pricey but worth it. Tested a comparable Cuisinart model but was shut down when other reviews said the company replaced the entire unit when the handle failed. It seems incredibly wasteful to me, so I don't want to patronize this company.
