I bought this DeLonghi EO241150M 2 years and 2 months ago. June 2019. Completely stopped working. Reading previous comments, this crash seems to have occurred with some frequency. I like the fast preheating and shorter cooking times of this oven. It's important to keep an eye on the temperature for each recipe the first time you try it, as I've found that it usually cooks a bit faster and requires a lower temperature than listed in the chart, but this depends on the ingredients. First of all, this thing is loud. When the beep first went off when my toast was done I thought it was a smoke alarm. At a foot distance, the oven beeps at a level of 76 dB.
