I like that they are always willing to work with you, even if it's not their area of expertise! They have been able to help us resolve issues we were having in our office (which was very frustrating!) and also helped me find an inexpensive computer for my home use. We've had great customer service from them as well. The only thing I dislike about them is sometimes when we call or email requesting something, we get no response at all. But this has happened maybe once every few months over several years. Other than that, everything else has been wonderful!
