Lightweight. Plugs directly into an outlet. Small. Almost silent. There is only one button, the power button. They have a water tank on the back and a removable, washable air filter. We are in a newly renovated home and have issues with high humidity (around 78-80%), we were told this was a problem in the house before and the previous owners had to use a whole house dehumidifier. sooo I bought a digital watch with a face that shows indoor humidity. This product literally reduced bedroom humidity by 11% in 18 minutes! (Photos included with stats on the dial) This master bedroom is approximately 200-225 sq m. foot and then adjoins the main bathroom with an area of 50-80 square meters. ft. If we look at the back during the conversation, the water reservoir begins to fill up (slowly). Update: * Two days later, the humidity remains somewhat erratic, in the high range, somewhere between 68% and 75%. The water tank is not full yet. *Update: *Four days of use, and right now the orange water reset light is on, the humidity in the master bedroom is still at a high level of 71% *The product works, but not in the way I would like it to.
