. The watch is beautiful and looks richer than its price but the hands are not calibrated. There is a little wheel that allows you to set the time like most wall clocks do and (pictured) this is how the hands align at 4 o'clock. There are a few tiny screws on the outside edge that I wanted to try and open and see if I can line up the arrows, but customer service didn't respond as they attached a postcard asking them to fix them with any questions - they just sent an automated reply to Revain's contact. I can't hang this in my rental and it hurts to return something that big when I've already recycled the box and packaging. I just want them to advise, offer a discount, etc.
