I like that it's free, easy to use, has great documentation, provides many useful features at no cost, and is generally intuitive! As with any tool, there are things you can't do or get an error when trying to do something new. For example, if I try to change my dashboard color from black & white to green/yellow, it doesn't allow me to do so unless I delete all of my data in order to start over (no option to clear just select). This process takes forever but not necessarily because of lack of resources. It would be nice if we could export our dashboard reports as PDF files instead of having them only available through Sharepoint site links.
