I bought this for my 2 year old as a Christmas present. At the end of January I had to send it back for replacement because it wouldn't turn on (even after an overnight charge). The new one came and everything was fine. The picture is not very - kind of boring and a little blurry. The sound doesn't get louder. That would normally be fine, especially with the type of programs watched on it, but even my little one couldn't hear it very well. When I tried to use it myself several times, I found it very slow - annoyingly slow (we do NOT have slow internet). The tablet itself just slows down. The camera is terrible! Again sluggish and dark photos. The only good thing about it is that it can punch! My now 3 year old is rough and survived a year. If this tablet was intended for someone other than an infant, it would be returned within a few days. All in all, I wish I had used a different tablet brand and will when this one finally dies.
