Review on Kuhn Rikon Colori Non-Stick Straight Paring Knife With Safety Sheath Kitchen & Dining by Jacob Diego

I've only had this knife set for about 3 months but I really like it. They are excellent for cutting fruit, vegetables and meat. Knives are light, handy, cut well. The coating on the blades is not faded, cracked or scratched, I have cleaned and washed them in the dishwasher. The blades are "very" sharp. I would recommend this set to others. *** Review update, I have had this knife set for almost nine months now and all three knives are still very sharp and the coating on the blades has not chipped, scratched or faded. We use these knives every day and wash them in the dishwasher every day. I can still highly recommend this knife set!
