Kuhn Rikon Colori Non-Stick Straight Paring Knife With Safety Sheath Kitchen & Dining Review

I love my little knives (for steaks, veggies, etc.) but over the years they've disappeared! Finally ordered more and that's exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use, small enough for my basic needs, yet VERY sharp. Didn't realize it at the time of ordering but I have several other kitchen tools from this brand and they have lasted YEARS (think I've had a Kuhn can opener for 15 years?).

I just LOVE this little pair of knives. I hate using vegetable peelers to peel potatoes and other things. I use double knives. I had trouble finding a knife sharp enough to hold without cramping my hand. These knives are very sharp. I use them every day, they have never faded or cracked. I don't put my good knives in the dishwasher and throw them in the sink. I wash and dry them immediately after use. This makes the knives last longer. Great purchase and would recommend to anyone having trouble

I've only had this knife set for about 3 months but I really like it. They are excellent for cutting fruit, vegetables and meat. Knives are light, handy, cut well. The coating on the blades is not faded, cracked or scratched, I have cleaned and washed them in the dishwasher. The blades are "very" sharp. These knives are really great for the following reason. You have to handle them with kit gloves like high end knife sets. You can throw them in the dishwasher or sometimes leave them without much guilt because after a year or two you can throw them away and buy new ones once they've worn out due to their cheap price. the price of a more expensive knife that you dutifully have to hand wash after each use. I know that sounds like a lazy man's philosophy, and it probably is, but these are quality…
