Review on Kuhn Rikon Colori Non-Stick Straight Paring Knife With Safety Sheath Kitchen & Dining by Kevin Taharka

I just LOVE this little pair of knives. I hate using vegetable peelers to peel potatoes and other things. I use double knives. I had trouble finding a knife sharp enough to hold without cramping my hand. These knives are very sharp. I use them every day, they have never faded or cracked. I don't put my good knives in the dishwasher and throw them in the sink. I wash and dry them immediately after use. This makes the knives last longer. Great purchase and would recommend to anyone having trouble grabbing things.
