The first thing you have to do when installing is take the cable connectors that came with it and throw them away. Use a couple of butt connectors, the little red ones worked for me to connect the reverse light. The lower scores are due to issues with the ports provided, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, causing the camera to turn on and off randomly. I also suggest using heat shrink tubing on the camera connectors and 4-pin connector. This will give it better protection from the elements. Fairly good visibility and so far very good for trailer hookups and support. completely satisfied so far.
