Lots of air, lots of noise
The seller makes it clear that this fan will make noise. The description says "This model is designed to maximize airflow and may be too loud for some applications." It's too loud for my application - the PC on my desk. The airflow is amazing. If you're looking for a fan that moves a lot of air and you don't need it to be quiet, this might be the one for you.
