Review on TalentFlow by Carl Morgan

It's easy to use for both hiring managers as well as candidates with all their features being simple enough that even an entry-level employee can navigate them without any problems or confusion! I would like more flexibility in terms of customizing profiles so you don't have to go through multiple steps just because your organization doesn’t work within certain parameters (i.e., not using our logo). Also sometimes it takes longer than expected when creating new jobs/applications since there are too many options available which makes finding what we're looking for difficult at times until after clicking "submit" button again. This is especially true if one has no idea where they want to send applications from but rather click around trying different links before finally choosing something - this could be avoided by providing better navigation tools such as drop downs instead of having things hidden behind tabs etc..
