The most important thing is the simplicity to use this software. This is by far the best ATS I have used. It has the ability to search for candidates for any position within a specific industry, department or location. I love how easy it is to navigate. It's easy to use and has a lot of features that are very useful for our recruiting needs. I do not like how it takes forever to load sometimes. Sometimes it can be frustrating when you have to wait so long before you can see what your next step is. It also doesn't always show you all of the information that you need to make a decision. I have worked with Taleflow before in another position at my previous employer so it was easy to transition into this role as well! It is very user friendly for both candidates who are searching or employers looking through resumes/applications etc.. There really isn't anything that i dislike about talafow other than perhaps some minor UI changes could be made but nothing major - everything works just fine :) If you're using talentflow then there's no need not worry because they will help train
