Review on TalentFlow by Kevin Bucher

It's easy to use and has a lot of features that are very useful for our recruiting needs. I do not like how it takes forever to load sometimes. Sometimes it can be frustrating when you have to wait so long before you can see what your next step is. It also doesn't always show you all of the information that you need to make a decision. You have to click through several pages just to get to the page where you can actually make a decision. We don't really use all of the features but we've used them enough to know they're helpful. It's helped us streamline our hiring process and keep track of our applicants.
