Great option when looking at recruiting needs

The most important thing is the simplicity to use this software. This is by far the best ATS I have used. It has the ability to search for candidates for any position within a specific industry, department or location. I love how easy it is to navigate. It makes finding candidates for any position a breeze. The ability to search for candidates by skill sets is something that I do not like.
I wish I could search by job function and not by skill set. I will continue to use this system for many years to come. The most important thing is the ease of use. The ease of navigating this system makes finding candidates for any position a breeze.

Pros

Very user friendly interface with very good navigation capabilities in all areas which allows you quick access into what ever part your searching from including candidate details such as skills/qualifications etc., applicant tracking functionality allowing employers an effective way at hiring new employees quickly through using talent flow's internal database without having too resort external resources (internet) also gives applicants fast feedback about their application statuses! All
