Review on TalentFlow by Kenny Marozas

I have worked with Taleflow before in another position at my previous employer so it was easy to transition into this role as well! It is very user friendly for both candidates who are searching or employers looking through resumes/applications etc.. There really isn't anything that i dislike about talafow other than perhaps some minor UI changes could be made but nothing major - everything works just fine :) If you're using talentflow then there's no need not worry because they will help train your team members if needed too!! I have been using this software for over 10 years now and it has never failed me. It is very easy to use and get used to. There are so many different features that you can pick from to fit your needs as an employer or recruiter. Sometimes there will be some bugs but nothing too serious. This system makes searching for candidates much easier than other systems out there. We were able to see resumes at one time instead of having to go through each individually which saved us tons of time!
