I can confirm that this remote control is compatible with the VIZIO E550i-B2 model. It's an improvement over the remote control that came with the TV due to the QWERTY keyboard on the back. Makes entering usernames and passwords with apps much better. I ended up contacting VIZIO support about the 4 colored buttons on the back with the letters XYB A. The rep said that this remote was used for a product called Co-Star which allowed downloading from Google Play. However, they have no function on this particular TV model. I'm giving the remote 4 stars because it works with the TV as it should, but it's still a lightweight remote and I'm trying to program my universal remote so I don't have to use it for basic functions. For me, the price was worth it just because I had access to the functionality of a QWERTY keyboard.
