My doctor told me to try yoga and an exercise ball due to the fact my knees and back are shot. I will admit I was skeptical, whats a ball gonna do for me. Well let me tell you. First off I am not a small girl, so if your a bigger person this ball is stable and is for you. It takes the pressure off of your back and knees and is amazing. I believe I will be using this everyday until surgery than as soon as I am cleared I will start again.
