Review on Joseph 20017 Grater Adjustable Handle by Scott Wilson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The grip "SPINS ", you get it!

Oh my god, must I have taken my 'stupid' pill that day? Because I literally broke the handle. He pressed the button and tried to bend the handle straight down. I took some "elbow grease" but I finally got it. Tiny pieces of plastic and a metal spring flew away, LOL! Meanwhile, the husband sitting here just laughed. Anyway, I threw it away and IMMEDIATELY ordered a new one because YES! that's the best grater ever! I use lots of parmesan on everything. I've been looking for a good grater for a long time. I buy pre-shredded food in containers but they go moldy too quickly. I wanted to start buying hard blocks because I think they last longer? This grater is very sharp (as someone mentioned). I have a steel mesh glove so I don't scratch my knuckles. Also don't you know that the plastic cap is used as a gauge? I don't measure anything, I just observe. Difficult to clean? All difficult to clean! Rinse immediately, use a soft toothbrush to remove all bits, then put away. Best suited for citrus "Zest". I've used dried products before, but fresh skins are MUCH better. I tried to stop buying unnecessary kitchen appliances, but this grater was the winner (I threw away all the others). Buy it! And don't forget to "TWIST/TWIST" the handle to secure it LOL! and sprinkle accordingly). Hello everyone! ;)
