I usually love Joseph Joseph so I was very disappointed when this one was so poorly designed. I bought two of these hoping the first one was defective, but the sheaths on both were too tight. With the first one, I couldn't easily remove the cover as there was a large piece of plastic cover inside the grater. Oh my god, must I have taken my 'stupid' pill that day? Because I literally broke the handle. He pressed the button and tried to bend the handle straight down. I took some "elbow grease" but I finally got it. Tiny pieces of plastic and a metal spring flew away, LOL! Meanwhile, the husband sitting here just laughed.
