My new favorite cookware!

I received this kit and immediately seasoned each pan individually by heating each pan over high heat for 2 minutes, then added the coconut oil and spread it evenly on the inside of the pan distributed, including sides and top edges. I continued to heat it vigorously until the oil started smoking. I then turned off the heat and let the pot cool completely. Once the coconut oil had solidified and the pan was completely cool, I used paper towels to wipe off the excess oil and then used more paper towels to give the metal a shine. Once this is complete and you can see your reflection in the metal, your pan is seasoned and ready to cook. I seasoned mine three times before cooking in them to make sure they were done. Then I used a small skillet and cooked the eggs sunny side up and the corned beef hash. Sunny side up, the eggs slipped out of the pan and I didn't even add any oil! They were done perfectly, like out of a restaurant! I've never been able to do that in a coated pan! I made them but they were always runny around the yolk and I had to add water to cook them fully! Just not in these pots! Cooked evenly and quickly. To clean, I simply used a warm, damp cloth and wiped the pot down. You don't use soap in a seasoned pan unless you want to re-season it. These are great pans! Make sure you don't put them in wet. I put mine back on the burner after rinsing them fully to dry. If you get them wet they will rust like any other metal.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...
