Review on MRli Bird Play Stand - Parrot Playstand with Cockatiel Playground Perch, Wood Gym, Ladder, Feeder Cups, Toys, and Exercise Playpen by Keri Diaz

This may be normal for parrots but definitely NOT for cockatiels or other large birds. The 3 main dowels on this base are too big for my cockatiel, but the overall size of the base itself is too small for her. I recommend this size is perfect for budgies - the swing (my parrot won't even fit on it) and the bridge are perfect for parrots, but as I mentioned the 3 main perches are MUCH big for parrots (see pics). What I don't understand is that the smaller perches use the correct dowels. Why not use this size for all perches? I'm going to buy the right size dowels and try to fit them better to my little girl and remove the swing and bridge. Also, the metal pallet that came with the kit was dented. I decided to make the bottom a second food tray, so it didn't really matter because I covered it with crepe paper, but I still didn't want the items to be damaged.
