Not as many layers as in the picture but cute
I bought this for my niece's birthday but it's only one layer of tulle so I'm a bit upset but it's what I need for need a very thick body of 7 years old I didn't want the little girl to be too small it was just with the added stretch and the length was right too so I'm giving a good rating because I need tulle or an extra petticoat can add and the price was right.
