I bought these for my daughter. She wears an adult/teen size Large. We ordered size Lg and they fit perfectly. They are very soft, not like typical yoga or spandex. They are much softer. I read in another review that there was an oily feeling before I bought it and I think I agree with that statement. My daughter is about 130 pounds, has a big butt and is very muscular. I think she's about 5ft 7in tall. I deviated from the measurements and they were correct. As for the tummy control, I'm not sure because I don't wear it and it doesn't have a tummy. I can't comment on that.
