I was really looking forward to getting this mop & bucket but now I'm just angry & kind offended that they'd actually send this to a customer.What a HUGE let down! >:(If I could give negative stars I would! Many, many negative stars.The mop, bucket, & mop heads are all BEYOND cheap & flimsy. The bucket is super thin plastic garbage. I have no doubt that pushing it wrong or even the mop pole could poke a hole in it or crack it.The handle to move the bucket is unbelievably thin, cheap plastic with a spring holding it together that's weaker than most hair clips! You also can't lift it or do anything but pull it by this "handle" wannabe. When tested with an empty bucket it felt like it was going to break. I can't imagine trying to use it when full of water! Honestly, I didn't even bother adding water to this super-sized gumball machine reject they call a bucket because I didn't trust it to not crack & leak under the added weight.It's seriously THAT bad / cheaply made! >:(The "metal" tub they rave about is cheap tin - think soda can cheap. Plus, it doesn't have ANY spin feature! They claim it will spin when you push the mop straight down at a 90° angle but it does NOT work.The mop & mop heads are just as offensive!The mop handle is ridiculously long & the height is NOT adjustable. I'm 5'7" & this thing comes up to mid-face. Plus, it's so flimsy & cheaply made that while assembling, just screwing the gargantuan handle together, I could feel the "metal" part of the hallow handle buckling in.The mop heads are AWFUL too! They're ratty white yarn that's not even a full mop head - they're just a halo!Yep, there's NO center!You attach this ring of doom to the bottom "plate" of the mop - aka a thin "metal" disc leaving the entire center open. There's NO center material to clean your floor at all. The center is just a hard plastic nub (the ONLY part that has any heft to it) that holds the handle in place that's level with the raggedy "mop" edge.Yep, you read that right - there's a chunk of hard plastic sticking out of the bottom of the mop head. Nothing like "cleaning" & scratching the crap out of your floor at once! :/They include a rubber ring that goes around the metal plate to supposedly avoid scratching the floor - which seems to acknowledge that they're aware the mop head will probably fall apart quickly - but they make no attempt to cover the more obvious plastic piece that will undoubtedly cause immediate harm.Ugh! >:(I just truly can't describe how TERRIBLE this set is or how galled I am that they'd have the nerve to charge ANYTHING for it, let alone the current price!I cannot stress this enough. SAVE YOUR MONEY!Run far. Run fast.This isn't even as well made or strudy as a child's toy. I highly doubt anyone could make it through even one mopping without this thing falling apart & damaging their floors.
