It helps me with my sleep apnea
Sleep apnea is a disease in which sleep is disrupted by pauses in breathing. The VA hospital provided me with a ventilator that prevents these interruptions. Breathing is more comfortable when the humidity is between 70ยฐ and 90ยฐ. Such humidity levels are typical for summertime. Fall is here and the humidity has already dropped here in South Dakota, where I live. The ThermoPro display helps me determine if my humidifier is delivering the right level. For those of you who are not bothered by my sleep apnea or any other condition caused by humidity changes, it might be interesting to know what the humidity level is in your home or office.
