I love cold brew. I hate making cold drinks. Most cold drinks I make at home take at least 24 hours to steep, which means I have to remember to make them before I need them. They take up valuable space in my fridge and have actually got me buying tons of stock at the grocery store every week. Then I found this car. OH MY GOD, this is life changing. It takes about 20 minutes from start to finish and I fill up my bottle of Stok and keep it in the fridge with fresh (Starbucks) iced coffee. I love that I can just install it, forget it, and come back when it's done. It's just as easy to clean as any filter coffee maker, it's not overly loud (not quiet) and you can even store the carafe in the fridge right after brewing. For drinking a cold beverage from the carafe, my preferred brewing method is: 1.5 cups of ground coffee, 1250ml of water, 11 minute cycle. It's almost perfect and full of flavor.
