Great bag1. Fits my back seat on my 2015 CB300F like it was made for it! Tied it to the seat itself so I could unlock it and access the floor and snap everything back. Well made bag, large inner mesh pocket at top. The internal load/compression straps are great. Holds its shape when empty, holds almost enough stuff to keep me happy! Although I REALLY love this bag, my problem may be my own. I always think. If it was just an inch here and an inch and a half there (which would be a commuter touring bag), it would hold all the crap I need for commuting/working/shopping/etc. As I said before, self hypnosis. However, if I got taller, it would probably look a bit big on my bike, while the Commuter Sport looks perfect on the back seat. If only I wasn't such a lark. I would be very happy! Didn't have it in the rain as I ride in good weather so can't comment on that. Has a zip loop for a small padlock/combination lock, but it's easy enough to undo the four quick-release belt buckles when you really want to grab the bag. Good product!
