I like her, I like her a lot.

I've ridden motocross bikes all my life. From 12 years to 40 years old. I have never owned riding boots in my life. I always put on steel toe boots or something and go ice skating. While I don't have any broken bones I can't tell you how much I love these boots. They saved me from a couple of accidents this year when I knew if I threw the bike away the footpeg would dig into my leg. Now I ride Enduro, WR426 and WR450. Even at 40 I love to ride hard and off the beaten track. The boots offer a lot of support when you are on the pegs and while riding. In fact, I was shocked at how much less tired I felt once I got up. Great grip, comfortable boot even if it's new and true to size, at least for me. Of course they are a bit stiff when walking as I have to break them a bit more. I wouldn't plan to take long walks in these boots but they are great for riding. Of course the boots take some getting used to when shifting, braking and hitting the ground as they don't feel like tennis shoes or steel toe boots, but once you do they are great. Can't comment on durability as I've only used these boots on about 10 rides but so far they're ok. Take the time to clean your boots every time you ride. Was in the dirt. Keep your skin clean. I hope this keeps her going for a while. In my opinion, right after you buy a good, sturdy helmet, you should buy a pair of good boots. I don't think you will regret it. As I have no experience with other brands and models of boots please be aware that I really like them for my first pair. They definitely saved me from a few wipeouts. I may be 40, but I drive like 30. Haha.
