These boots are fantastic. I wear 14.5 2XW shoes and I have 15s. My calves are also 20 inches in diameter at the widest point of the seat. I could wear these boots with the shin guards in our knee brace. The adjustable calf strap has plenty of room to stretch, although the calf is larger and the Velcro isn't perfectly aligned. .But what does it matter that it snaps! I wear a 12 or 12.5 depending on the shoe brand. Size 12 in Tech 3 fits perfectly. Don't go up if that's your shoe size.
