Gave this set to family member who just got his first house. He didnt have any utensils and probably would have just bought a smaller set of something that was cheap for himself. When I saw it, I knew this was going to go great as a gift.The silverware comes with enough for a party of people. And they have good weight to them. They also are very bright and do not have blemishes that I could see. The knives cut well everything else was as expected. We've got silverwear that kind of looks like these that gets handed down each generation. I figured might as well start with some new ones for once! lol.Overall - great set for starting out and for breaking out when you dont really need to impress but just need quality everyday type silver wear for everyone.
