The only thing I don't like about these nipple covers is that I have very few shirts that don't recognize that I'm wearing these nipple covers. It's pretty obvious on almost all of my shirts. If they were smaller it might be less obvious, but for some people smaller sizes wouldn't offer full coverage. I just wanted them to be less noticeable, which isn't necessarily the case with tank tops. They hold up well which is a plus and I like having a case to store them but I probably won't buy them again.
