I am a very tall guy so I ride a very large and unusual bike It was difficult for me to find the perfect cover for my bike as most of them are only for ordinary bikes and not for big bikes When I found this double bike pannier at Revain I wanted to try it out and see if I could work with it, some sort of thick, waterproof material that feels like it would stand up to heavy rain and wind easily Here in the sunny and However, in dry California, rain isn't really a problem. Wind, and so far this case has managed to withstand my bike and protect it from both (and yes, that windproof buckle really works g racy!). r is quite large and designed for two bikes, fitting it to my big bike is a breeze with no major issues. This adjustable elastic hem does a great job of keeping the front and back of the boot snug even on my bikes. I only use the lid at home so I never used those anti-theft holes. It's a cloth case anyway, so I doubt those holes will deter thieves, especially if they're genuinely interested in taking the case away from you. That's all. This is a great XL cover and works as promised in the description.
