We had a handyman install 2 of these in our guest bedrooms. The original lighting kit didn't work on one of the fans so I contacted the seller. "Joy" was well called because she was a pleasure to work with! She sent us a new set of lights and then checked that it worked. Unfortunately, when we installed the new lighting set, the glass shade broke. I told her it was our fault and asked if we could pay for a replacement but she kindly sent us one for free! This is really great customer service! But I wouldn't give 5 stars if the fan itself wasn't great. This is great quality - the light can be very bright or fairly dim depending on your needs. And it's virtually silent, even at top speeds. I sincerely wish I had spent more on the famous fan for our bedroom. That would be great and a lot cheaper.
