A really solid monitor for the price. I play games and do office work on it. It's solidly built and the VESA mount is excellent. The included stand seems good, but I don't use it. The picture quality is very good. Compared to my 7 year old monitor next to it, colors are more accurate, blacks are better and sharper, and viewing angles are excellent. The AMD FreeSync feature is excellent. With my computer (r9 380X Core i5 750 @4.0Ghz 16GB DDR3) I can play Fallout 4 on medium to high settings, always staying in the 40-75H fps range to match the FreeSync Hz range of the monitor. This completely eliminates screen tearing, which is fantastic. I don't notice any input lag or other supposed side effects of the FreeSync feature. (Remember that you must be using DisplayPort to use the FreeSync feature.) The built-in speakers are good for what they are. Youtube and the occasional movie or music is acceptable but nothing special. If you intend to use speakers frequently with your PC, buy real speakers. If you only need speakers every now and then, then that's fine. What I don't like is the curve at the bottom of the bezel and the blue LED that illuminates it. Why does every technician make everything blue? No thank you.
