Good looking. Serves its purpose, the price is right (cheaper than local, free shipping (with Prime)). I would give this 5 stars because the shipper was very fast and it looks like a good device. Just as good as anything you buy locally. One star deducted because of the packaging. I secretly laughed at the review where the reviewer complained about the plastic. Well, now I see what he/she was complaining about. It took me longer to get the damn thing out of the plastic than it did to put it in the water heater. It is sealed in and around the item with plastic seals. A real pain in the ass to turn it around. Even with a razor sharp knife. I never filmed "all" of it, but only a few small, hard-to-find fragments remained, but I gave up filming everything and just installed it. Produces, I hope you are reading this. Nice machine but the way you package it is rubbish. I just stop whining and take a hot shower. ;)
