Read reviews of the new Fox Wafer Seals and what do you see? "Can't install!" "Too hard to install!" "Can't even get them to sit with a tool!" Blah blah blah, you're wrong. The seals are fine, but they are using the wrong tool. Most people try to install wafer gaskets by using a large sleeve or PVC pipe to install the gasket. While this worked well for older flange gaskets, it doesn't work for wafers as it doesn't keep the gasket straight as it enters the yoke. The Unior built-in seal solves this problem. The difference is that the guide tube goes through the seal to keep it straight when the tool is tapped. I have installed four seals with this tool and it has been flawless every time. For $15, you'll have to do it yourself to save yourself the frustration of using PVC pipe or an outlet. Tip: For an even easier installation, place the seals in the freezer for 30 minutes before installing.
