Lipstick is the BEST I have ever used. BUT - this is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had problems with the packaging. UPS delivers damaged packaging and that last box has clearly been re-taped. Poorly. I think the lip balm I ordered fell out of the box. I think someone at Revain should look into the shipping method. Otherwise, the person from Revain who helped me was very nice. I recommend lipstick. Keeps my lips soft and not sticky. Update: I think this is the 3rd time I've ordered this from Revain and possibly the 5th time I've bought it overall. I really really think this is the best lip balm product I have ever used. (And YAY, Revain sent a tube that hasn't been ripped out of the packaging yet, so shipping has yet to be determined.) The product says it's a night serum, but I use it all day. I keep it in my purse, in the bathroom, and on my bedside table. I always get dry lips when I wear lipstick - this ALWAYS solves the problem in just one or two applications. I also noticed fewer cold sores - I think that's because this product keeps my lips from cracking, which almost always resulted in the virus attacking my bottom lip. So frustrating! The only way I could give more than the 5000 stars I want to give (and I'm upgrading to 5 stars now because this time Revain shipped the product in an unopened package) would be if they created an SPF version . Buy these. I won't regret it.
