I bought this hoping I could use it day and night as I was loyal to the original Peach Tea Flavored Chapstick Lip Oil. But the formula is really only for nighttime use, thick and clumpy. Almost like the liquid consistency of petroleum jelly. It has a faint vanilla scent but doesn't really mean anything. Despite being thick and chunky, it feels very soft and smooth on the lips. My lips don't usually need much maintenance, but I love using something moisturizing before bed a few times a week, especially after exfoliating, and it's great for that . I don't know if it moisturizes better than other oil-based lip products, but the scent is just wonderful; I only use it to smell it. I wish this fragrance had a more liquid daytime formula because I would definitely buy it.

Lipstick is the BEST I have ever used. BUT - this is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had problems with the packaging. UPS delivers damaged packaging and that last box has clearly been re-taped. Poorly. I think the lip balm I ordered fell out of the box. I think someone at Revain should look into the shipping method. This stuff is amazing. That's the problem. I don't recommend this on dry, chapped lips at night as it doesn't last and is enough with just one application. Just a few days ago I cracked and cut my lip. I actually used it a few times throughout the day and it was just what I needed. My lips are soft and attractive again.
