This would be a five star rating except since the hoodie arrived nothing I have done has helped rid it of the wrinkles it arrived with. I washed it in cold water and dried it flat. I sprinkled it lightly with water and put it in the dryer with a drying towel on low heat. I even dusted it lightly and put it in the dryer with a drying towel on medium for half a minute. I even put a heavy satin sweatshirt on the table for more than 24 hours. NOTHING got rid of the wrinkles it arrived with. My granddaughter will probably still love it, but her mom won't want her to wear it to school. Wrinkles make it look cheap and unkempt. If anyone found a way to get rid of those built in wrinkles (especially on the arms and front bottom half), please share your secret!
