3, because there are a few things that impressed me, but also didn't: I only used 35% of the allowed memory The fingerprint scanner is fine and I haven't tried face recognition yet The battery life is decent at best. I have to charge my phone once every 24 hours. The battery life is not as good as described. Also, this phone is NOT fully unlocked as advertised as I wanted to use this phone with the Cricket service for a short time. The bke says "Not compatible with Cricket Wireless" and the cricket man confirms honey that's the case for me . I was advised to fully unlock the phone which would cost $50 which I honestly can't justify when the phone is advertised as fully unlocked. And the best of the best I called 3 different cell phone shops and all 3 told me they couldn't unlock Motorola phones, they didn't have the software. While I'm not terribly disappointed with my purchase, I'm not 100% impressed either. Would I buy this phone again? Ask me in 6 months because I've only had my phone for a week. If this phone had been described correctly I would have given it a higher rating.
