The election results are available immediately after polls close, which makes it easy to confirm accuracy of polling place reporting, or double check that you did not miss any votes by being late in submitting returns. Can be tricky at times entering data (e.g., write-in candidates), but this tends to even out with experience. Also has an issue where some voters' names do not appear when they vote from home (likely due lack of internet access). We have been able to use ballotepro without much issues so far. It was difficult getting our staff up-to speed quickly enough because most people had never used such a system before. With good training we've also found that its uses go beyond voting - it's very useful as a tool for collecting all kinds of information about who voted how during election seasons.
