Great for all users regardless of experience

I can't say enough about how much we love this product! We use it every day at my job (as well as most days) because its so easy - you don’t need any special software or training; anyone with basic computer skills should be able figure out what they are doing within minutes after starting using Tovote Vote-it's very intuitive even if your not tech savvy like me!! It has saved us time &amp power bill money by minimizing paperwork/manual inputting which saves precious resources when dealing w…

TotalVote - Easy system made tracking simple

I like how easy it was to make changes because this gave my boss an easier way to get the updates he needed without having to go through me every time. Also, being able to change reports has helped us keep track of everything we need to do. It really wasn't anything I disliked about total vote but there isn't much you can dislike with it. Sometimes I wish things were organized differently or not as complicated. This makes sure they are up to date easily which helps out quite a bit. Getting…

The software is outdated and does not match the needs of the voters.

I'm pretty sure that the software is outdated and does not match the needs of the voters. I am also aware that they have an annual contract fee of $7500 which seems quite high. But there are so many options out there, it's hard to choose the right ones. They seem very responsive and provide good customer support. However, if you want to change your vote during the day, this might take some time because of how complicated the voting process has become (I've heard). Also, since they're located…
