I'm pretty sure that the software is outdated and does not match the needs of the voters. I am also aware that they have an annual contract fee of $7500 which seems quite high. But there are so many options out there, it's hard to choose the right ones. They seem very responsive and provide good customer support. However, if you want to change your vote during the day, this might take some time because of how complicated the voting process has become (I've heard). Also, since they're located in New York City, they do not offer much international shipping option. And most importantly, I had difficulty getting through to technical support when I needed help.
