No garland at all. There is no structure.
They cannot be called garlands. They have no structure. They are completely flat and then expand when you pull them, meaning that when you try to hang them all the weight sags towards the middle and bunches up when the two ends are pulled taut. They looked awful when I tried to hang one, so the others come back.
