The product has been very flexible for our needs in working out how best to use it within our organization's structure/culture.
It was not easy at first but we are now able to effectively manage all aspects of call handling through this software via API calls from an android app & web interface (which also allows us to monitor agent performance).The reports available can be cumbersome if you need more detail than what they offer by default - however there do seem to be options that will allow greater customisation down the line as time goes on. This would have helped when setting up initially! Have used many products over my career including some bespoke ones built internally which did exactly what I needed them too. However none compared to integrating seamlessly into existing infrastructure like this one does.
