User friendly, scalable solution and good support

The product has been very flexible for our needs in working out how best to use it within our organization's structure/culture. It was not easy at first but we are now able to effectively manage all aspects of call handling through this software via API calls from an android app & web interface (which also allows us to monitor agent performance).The reports available can be cumbersome if you need more detail than what they offer by default - however there do seem to be options that will allow…
